Born in Sutton Coldfield in 1938, the second year of the reign of King George VI, and died aged sixty in the forty-seventh year of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II  He has 1 direct descendant in the family.

Neville was born and educated in Sutton Coldfield. He entered the Army when service was due and spent some time working on missiles in their early development days. He left the Army and started up business with his wife's brother on car repairs and servicing. They developed this into a large garage and Vauxhall car business in Church Crookham, Hampshire. He lived in Chawton, near Alton in Hampshire, in a
