Cyril Risbridger

A brief biography


During WW2 (from 1940-46) he served in the RAF, after which he worked at Park Royal Vehicles in Abbey Road Park Royal, London NW10, within Sid Collett's team until its closure in July 1980. He was made an MBE around 1975 for services to the Country, a result of his designing vehicles for the BAOR (British Army of the Rhine). He married in 1947. In his spare time he was an avid amateur photographer winning several awards.

Risbridger Family Tree

In March 1990 Cyril Risbridger revised the Risbridger family tree, based on the earlier Henry Risbridger tree, which has been the source of many of the early relatives on this website.
