Son of Ernest Isaac Nelson Risbridger and Mary Jane Chant. .

Born in 1907, the sixth year of the reign of King Edward VII.

Henry George was sent to Canada on the SS Melita by Barnardo’s in 1927 to work on a farm as a part of the British home Child immigration scheme.
