The Risbridgers of Albury

Early records place the Risbridgers in Albury, near Guildford, and over the centuries they expanded out into the world - all along the A25.

Albury Church

Risbridgers prayed, were baptised, married and buried here for over five hundred years, so this ancient Saxon church can truly be considered the Risbridger church.
Old St Peter and St Paul's Church is now a Grade I Listed Building and was replaced in 1839 by two churches, a Catholic church by Cookes Place and a larger Anglican church in the centre of Albury. Now only a handful of services are held here each year.
