John Risbridger


Son of William Risbridger and Elizabeth Aylward. .

Born in 1682, the twenty-second year of the reign of King Charles II, and died aged fifty-two in the eighth year of the reign of King George II

John Risbridger Lantern Clock


A handsome lantern clock with anchor escapement and long pendulum made about 1710 by John Risbridger in Brentford, Middlesex. This is the only lantern clock so far documented by him. It is in excellent condition and currently offered for sale by clock specialists Brian and Joy Loomes.
