THE LONDON GAZETTE, 7 FEBRUARY, 1913 "NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Henry Hyde Hextall and Hugh William Rawlinson, carrying on business as Silkmen at 71 to 74, Little Britain, in the city of London under the style or firm of JAMES PEARSALL AND CO., has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the thirtieth day of November, 1912. All debts due and owing to or by the said late firm will be received or paid by the said Hugh William Rawlinson and Henry Cecil Hextall, by whom such business will be carried on in the future.—As witness our hands this 6th day of January, 1913.
